increase the repetitions so you can build the pectoral muscles more to get bigger breasts naturally.

from doing push-ups, you can also lift some weights. A couple of 7 –
12lb weights can do the trick. You can do this as part of your
exercise routine. Not only are you enhancing your pectoral muscles,
you are also shaping your arms. Dumb bells are also good ways to
strengthen your pectorals. Include fly lifts into your exercise
routine and you will see an improvement in your pectoral muscles,
thereby lifting up your breasts.

quickest way to actually increase your breast size is to gain weight.
Breasts are mostly made up of fat tissues, so by eating more, you can
gain weight in this area. Aside from your tummy, thighs and arms,
breasts immediately gain weight when you increase your caloric
intake. This method, however, is only a good idea, if you are
stick-thin to begin with. Try to eat as healthy as you can, and gain
weight only to the point that you do not look too thin or sickly.
Another
way to increase your breast size through eating, is by eating
Estrogen-rich foods. As you know Estrogen is the female hormone that
you produce when you are undergoing puberty. Eat these types of food
such as lentils, apples, cherries, carrots, rice, and wheat.
Sometimes,
all it takes is wearing the right kind of bra. Make sure your bra
fits and does not flatten your breasts further. Introduce yourself to
push-up bras. They are great ways to enhance your cleavage, and make
your breasts appear fuller without going over the top.
